Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@lilmajik.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If your claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow 7–14 days for production and shipping.
